Please download and complete the Tryout and Physical Forms and bring to the Tryouts on May 30th, 2026

• WHEN: Saturday, May 30, 2026  
• WHERE: Suffolk County Community College Michael J. Grant Campus (Health, Sports and Education Center) 1001 Crooked Hill Road Brentwood, New York, 11717  
• TIME: SIGN-IN TIME IS 12:30 P.M. First heat goes off at 1:00 p.m.  
• ATTIRE: All athletes must wear a swim suit, swim cap, and goggles (optional). Locker rooms will be available.  
• SCCC Pool Fee : $10.00 Cash per athlete. (CASH ONLY!!!)  
• WHAT TO BRING:

1. Copy of the child's birth certificate  (Age 9 to 16)
2. Physical Form (MUST)
3. Tryout Form
4. $10.00 Cash Only to SCCC Pool Fee
5. Please RSVP by May 28 for the Tryout
