• WHEN: Thursday, May 29, 2025  
• WHERE: Suffolk County Community College Michael J. Grant Campus (Health, Sports and Education Center) 1001 Crooked Hill Road Brentwood, New York, 11717  
• TIME: SIGN-IN TIME IS 6:30 P.M. First heat goes off at 7:00 p.m.  
• ATTIRE: All athletes must wear a swim suit, swim cap, and goggles. Locker rooms will be available.  
• COST: $10.00 Cash per athlete. (CASH ONLY!!!)  
• WHAT TO BRING:

1. Copy of the child's birth certificate  
2. Physical Form
3. Tryout Form
4. $10.00 Cash Only
5. Please RSVP by May 27 for the Tryout
